Service is extremely unreliable. And hopefully you don’t need to go to the store for anything. The service there is awful too. There’s a lobby FULL of people and only one or two reps to help. I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes now and exactly two people have been helped. So bad…

Wait time is always to long. If you go for the first time make sure you get a number as no employee there will tell you and you wait gets longer. I love their services, Mobil, internet and cable. Going to their Stores are liking going to the dentist painful.
