They not only fixed issues but educated me and reviewed my records, suggesting potential offers I would benefit from. The store was well tended, which I can’t say about the authorized retailer I typically use. These guys were friendly, attentive, timely and knowledgeable. Even when dealing with another client whose expectations were they could fix things that have nothing to do with ATT, they politely offered alternative solutions and behaved respectfully to an obviously disrespectful visitor.
