I took it to the Verizon store where Jerry after much work and patience finally got it straightened out. He is such an asset to your company! “I am genuinely confused as to why they don't have a higher rating. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful. Nick has been quick to respond to every email and call. I switched to fiber last month and Mike came and was very professional and really respectful of my space. I had some issues with my router (which was equipment I purchased no fault of KCFiber/liNKCity) I have needed them to come over a few times to help and everyone (Mike and Nick) has been helpful and never made me feel like I was a bother. I have spoken to 2 other people on the phone and they were friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the service I have, with the product and the business! Highly recommend.”
