Today, my elderly mother was taken to this same store with a friend, as I am BUSY at work. We had all the necessary paperwork with all the documentation of what was done. Alexis and Heather were amazing and called up Verizon and got it all cleared up. “My husband and I are 23 year customers of Verizon. We’ve had several issues with Verizon but the most recent was a humdinger!!! We went to the Verizon store at Ward Pkwy. and Tamia worked with us tirelessly, spoke to V Customer Service for quite a while and was VERY knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are Seniors and have no tech savvy. She resolved our issue when we had dealt with multiple people both online and in-store. She deserves, at the very least, a first class cruise or the equivalent thereof!!!

“Update after second visit: Travis C was very helpful with getting my replacement phone set up and even checking the Sim card and replacing it due to some minor wear from being used in multiple phones. He was also very informative and helpful with other questions while we charged my new phone to be able to transfer my data. Late visit was really close to closing, but he still took the time to make sure everything was working right without rushing the process.
1st visit: Employee seemed bothered that I walked into the store when he was sitting down on his phone. I had a replacement phone ordered because my phone stopped having working bluetooth and wifi after receiving the phone as a replacement through having phone insurance. Replacement phone is on backorder and no answers on how long that could take, except buying a new phone is the only way to get a replacement that has full functionality.”

“I am genuinely confused as to why they don't have a higher rating. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful. Nick has been quick to respond to every email and call. I switched to fiber last month and Mike came and was very professional and really respectful of my space. I had some issues with my router (which was equipment I purchased no fault of KCFiber/liNKCity) I have needed them to come over a few times to help and everyone (Mike and Nick) has been helpful and never made me feel like I was a bother. I have spoken to 2 other people on the phone and they were friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the service I have, with the product and the business! Highly recommend.”
