This place has no kiosks, is chronically undermanned, and is heavily patronized by people who will have a life crisis once they reach the counter. Budget a solid 30 minutes if you have to visit for any reason, 45 is probably safe.

A supervisor or another employee should never correct anothre co-worker in front of the public. Not professional and embarassing for the employee and customer.

Terrible service. Employee was taking personal calls while she had a line of 6 people on her headset on Monday the 14th at 4:40.
