They should train their counter/door people on how to do their job so the customer doesn't have to argue with them about how a procedure is done. Or to at least get a manager if there is a discrepancy. THEN THE SARCASTIC PLACATING MAKES IT WORSE. USPS has such a bad reputation. You would think they would at least try!

Went to retrieve an certified letter that was supposed to held there and they sent it back out for delivery instead of holding typical post office snail mail
