“Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”

“Mike and Julie are amazing and made my buying experience so enjoyable. Julie demonstrated everything about the Sebo vacuum that I bought and now love. I had initially purchased a Sebo vacuum on Amazon and realize that I could not register it for the warranty. So I returned it to Amazon and found this store and I’m so glad I did. I subsequently broke my hip on vacation and now am the proud owner of a lighter weight, cordless Miele tri flex with excellent service again from Mike and Julie. Their prices are competitive with Amazon but the value they add makes it an easy decision!!! I like to buy vacuums that last a long time and I’m so happy to have these 2 new ones to use for many years to come.”

“Very good customer service. Ordered online and before they shipped the product, they called to confirm if I knew I was purchasing a “C” level product (missing bins, etc). I did not know this and was grateful they called. I decided not to move forward and the refund was promptly issued.”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“Originally I wasn't a customer at all. I came in possession of furniture for free 3 months ago that turned out to still had rent to be paid on through rent a center. I contacted rent a center and they made it to where I was able to keep items and to take over that account. They even threw me a good discount due to the situation.”
“Moved to new home from out of state to find refrigerator not functioning. Appliance Discounters very helpful in selecting one and getting us on their delivery schedule as soon as they could. Delivery guys were great as well.”
“My gas oven went out the week before Thanksgiving. After shopping around, the Lemcke price was $30 more but since their delivery/haul away was only $75 cash, I ended up saving $125. (I did tip on top of that!) They delivered the day before Thanksgiving and the two delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. My second appliance from there. VERY happy!”

I was pleased to find exceptional customer service and ceiling tiles that were $10 less than what I paid at Lowe’s. I had to buy the remaining tiles here because Lowe's was out of stock. “I have been a customer with Rent-A-Center for over 15 years. I've never had any issues with any of the locations that I have rented from or purchased. My items from management employees have all been great. They're well educated and I don't think I would go any other route.”
“I don't like how they close off aisles for extended periods of time. Sometimes I need to grab something in a hurry and end up waiting 10 minutes because something is being stocked. Other than that, the store has most of what I need most of the time.”

“Earlier this week I woke up to every breastfeeding mom’s nightmare… a fridge going out with over 200 ounces of breastmilk inside of it!! Luckily we were able to get the milk to a deep freeze in time so that my hard work stashing extra milk wouldn’t go to waste. Then I called Kim Zimmer and she worked hard to help me find a new fridge that I would love. She made sure it got to me ASAP so I would have somewhere safe to store my sons extra milk! I definitely recommend Kim at Autco for all of your appliance needs!!”
