They want to take your money and give you half-assed service in return.My daughter joined FCCU a few years ago and encouraged me to do the same. I had gone thru 3-4 bank branches in the area and thought that was the best I could do. But I decided to give FCCU a try. Sooooo glad I did! This credit union has been awesome! They actually take care of any issues you have, with sincere concern. I am more than happy. I would encourage anyone to go with this credit union. The only drawback is that you have a limited number of atm's to use without extra fees. But I've been able to work around that. Ok I'll wrap this up... great place to bank. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this credit union.”
