He told me to call him anytime I wanted to buy something. I have been going here ever since. A wonderful person and a wonderful salesman. “A few weeks ago, I was in the store shopping for some random items. As I was buying my things I couldn’t ignore how the manager was treating the person ringing me out. The lady that took care of me was Dorothy. Dorothy was nice, had good customer service and also made the Burlington experience seem more like a Macy’s experience. The manager name was Deanna I believe, I guess she just didn’t want the cashier talking to me. The phone rang and she came over to tell her next time to pick up the phone within 3 rings. She had a line so I didn’t understand the logic behind it. I honestly don’t know the issue but it wasn’t pleasant seeing their interaction.”

I was able to get them for half the price , or less purchased several items. Really like the Ross's on O'Fallon off of Highway K”
“I'm glad that PRLFS finally moved over to the Premium Outlet Mall, it's where it should have been in the beginning. This new space is larger, so there is a lot more variety in all departments. I just wish they had a small home area. It would make this store perfect. The prices are good and they're even better when you shop with the many coupons they send you. There's plenty of staff working the floor and they're willing to help you find the perfect look for you or a gift. Living in IL now it is a longer drive, but it is well worth it.”
“It has been over ten years and this is still the place to buy underwear and t-shirts. My under garment drawers were in need of a refresh and since I was heading out to the outlet mall to shop another store, I planned to stop at the Jockey store and stock-up. It was a great day to shop. They were having an incredible promotion. When you bought one package of boxer briefs, you got another for 50% off. The same thing was true for undershirts, so I was able to buy both crew and v-neck. Service was just okay. It was friendly, but they seemed to have only one person working and the checkout process was slow. The associate was hustling, but she was a one woman team. I am happy with my restocked underwear drawers. If you have to restock yours, I recommend heading out to this outlet store.”
