“I love this store. Sometimes, however, the things that are supposed to be discounted are really not marked down much compared to other stores. Then there are the times that you can find an amazing bargain. They keep the store very clean and the employees are very friendly. This is definitely a good place to get your dog treats and dog toys. And good quality baby clothes”
“Love the selection and the cleanliness of the store. The customer service is very good but if go in the afternoon they only have one register that takes cash which really causes a backup and longer lines than should be.”

“I stopped in on a Sunday to return an online purchase and do a little shopping. The wait to return was a little longer than I would have liked but what are you going to do? I bought a Korean skincare product on Walmart.com and what I received was a fake. It was a bait and switch situation. This obviously isn't walmart's fault and I do not hold it against Walmart. In terms of shopping I was able to get everything I needed. I'm sure I'll be back!”

“Had a great experience at Von Maur. The store was very clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, sweet, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I was also surprised by how many good deals and quality items they had for the price.
If you live near Lake St. Louis or are in the area, this store is definitely worth visiting. Great customer service and a much better shopping experience than many other department stores.”
