My alternator suddenly went out on a Saturday and I happened to find this business within quick driving distance to where my car died; so I could get there with a jump instead of a tow. Anthony found it and quickly fixed it, despite the fact that I accidentally dropped it off at the wrong place in the same building strip! He did a quick and thorough job replacing my alternator and made sure to rectify all of the confusion quickly and fully. “I recently took my SUV to Advance Transmissions based on a diagnostics from Firestone that lead me to believe a catastrophic issue with my transmission. The transmission was a rebuild and was only a few years old, so still under warranty. After calling around to a few shops, some would honor the warranty while some would not, I ended up taking it to Advance Transmissions based on the fact that they would service it under warranty and were the most responsive.I'm really glad I did. I can't say things would have been worse at other shops, but I could totally see being taken advantage of elsewhere. The issue stemmed from a single missing o-ring. They had it assessed, replaced, tested, and ready in a day or two. And since it was such a simple fix, they made it free of charge. It was originally looking like it would be a lot of labor expense even if the part was under warranty. But instead, they were honest, courteous, and respected me as a customer. I'll definitely be taking any future business here.”

“Dardenne Prarie Firestone was able to get me in for my safety and emissions and complete it in a very timely matter. They were also very accommodating to my situation of being snowed in and were proactive by calling to me to ask if I would like to wait till the next day to pick up my car for my own safety and all of their employee’s safety. The drop off and pick up process was very streamlined and I felt very welcomed by every employee that I came in contact with. In the past, I have chosen other car service companies but will now make it my priority to be serviced with Firestone!”

“They always give you the truth and do a great job with oil changes. I almost don't want to tell everyone, but their oil changes are the best priced and if they change your air filter, it's at the retail cost, no extra labor. That's tough to beat. The only downside is waiting, but then again, who never has to wait for something?”
