“Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). They had the replacement parts, it was under $20.00 and was ready in 10 minutes! I can’t say enough to describe how much respect and faith I have in this Professional Business. This is a company that I will always refer going forward!”

The other company ran us around in circles just trying to get a replacement phone, so I decided her add her to my plan at Verizon. Don was able to find the best deal for us and made the transition process extremely easy. Very happy with the outcome.”

Holly presented me with all of the available options, and we discussed what would work best for me. I felt no pressure to buy the latest most expensive device to meet my needs. I am really pleased with the great service she provided me, as well as answering all my questions about my new device. I highly recommend her for your next cell phone purchase, because she knows her stuff. Holly transferred all of the photos and contact lists from my old device for me. “Horrible experience after horrible experience with customer service. Verizon’s agents and advertisements are dishonest & misleading. I was contemplating leaving Verizon until I stopped by the store in Wentzville and the manager was able to finally resolve all of my ongoing issues that had nothing to do with him or this store, but I didn’t know what else to do. He was a younger man, I believe his name was Levi. Anymore these days it is rare to find the level of kindness and professionalism he conducted himself with, you are lucky to have him on your team. He deserves raise or promotion!”
