I had been shopping for shoes all afternoon across this mall and hadn't had a single employee at any store help me. The prices are considerably cheaper than online but because of the physical size of the store, the variety isn't as wide as what they have online. Still a great place to shop.”

“I have been an avid fan of the various Shoe Stop locations for the past decade or so, and decided after a few year hiatus to try out the outlet mall store. I was not disappointed - so many lovely options, still all the great designers I was used to. This has always been my go-to for Munro boots/dress shoes and the selection was excellent. They were running a New Year's/Holiday sale with no pair over $22.99. Grabbed a pair of black suede booties and red bow-toe flats. Customer service is pretty self-serve, but they were busy so one can't expect totally personalized attention. If they have it, it's on the racks. Everything is clean and well-organized, though. Great Value and a lovely family-run business.”
