She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”

“So this is probably the fourth shoe place we visited here at the mall and so far it seems to have the best prices. There are multiple shoes that are only $35 and there are multiple tags showing 30 and 40% off. There is one picture I took of a plain white shoe that might be a retro thing, but why it's $90 is beyond me”

The prices are considerably cheaper than online but because of the physical size of the store, the variety isn't as wide as what they have online. Still a great place to shop.”

“I have been an avid fan of the various Shoe Stop locations for the past decade or so, and decided after a few year hiatus to try out the outlet mall store. I was not disappointed - so many lovely options, still all the great designers I was used to. This has always been my go-to for Munro boots/dress shoes and the selection was excellent. They were running a New Year's/Holiday sale with no pair over $22.99. Grabbed a pair of black suede booties and red bow-toe flats. Customer service is pretty self-serve, but they were busy so one can't expect totally personalized attention. If they have it, it's on the racks. Everything is clean and well-organized, though. Great Value and a lovely family-run business.”

“Fleet Feet staff were very polite, professional and super helpful. The lady who assisted me did a scan of my feet and evaluated my gait and the pressure areas of my feet when I walked.
She informed me that my gait is pretty good and even actually and that one foot is slightly larger than the order. I was not aware if that. This information helped us to choose the best shoe to fit my feet.
The computer program she used even recommended the best style and size for my feet.
