“Edit II - So I took boots back up to store (MidRivers-Sue Mandy) they kept the boots 4 days gave each pair a good days stretching, I can only speak for the pairs that fit my feet and I do believe they came thru with flying colors! Perfect.....my revised review gives them 5 stars. Definetly go see Chucks Boots MidRivers they have an outstanding manager & customer service.”

“There were many selections to choose from, in the ladies shoes. However, limited sizes were available. Staffing offered looking at options with other stores but I personally didn't care to run around elsewhere. I'd already traveled 50 miles from home. So the courteous staff didn't really help me much. I prefer leather shoes and only found three or so products I'd even consider. Personal preferences, doubtful I'll return to this location. Came home and went on-line shopping and didn't find anything else either. Guess I'm too picky and old school.”

“Located in Mid Rivers Mall. Staff was very friendly, helpful and understood the inventory, as far as what's a good deal and what is popular and trending. Hiring staff got it right with this bunch of young adults on staff. Staff showed patience, and were eager to please. All inventory I was interested in was available and an added bonus they accept Afterpay :) Store was clean and clutter free. Another added bonus. :) Sales on top of sales were in my eye lenses. I walked away feeling vindicated.”

“Great selection easy to browse shoe store. With a wide variety of on sale shoes. You can make sure it fits before you buy unlike online buyers. You can buy it still on there online store. If that's your preferred method, but it is not mine. Oh and they have a rewards program if you go through shoes like I do every dollar counts. Very clean and well maintained too.”
