“First Old Navy I've been to that was so organized. The dressing room staff (red headed young lady with glasses) was incredibly helpful. She even ran and grabbed my daughter the next size up in jeans so I wouldn't have to leave her alone.”
“I left this store with the biggest smile on my face. From the time my family and I walked in until the time we left, the two ladies working made us feel like family. We laughed and talked like we knew one another for years and they made our first time at carters one to remember. Our toddler was with us & they were so kind & full of smiles. THIS was the definition of customer service. We will definitely be going back!”

I appreciated how the staff seemed to get along and how attentive they were to my needs. “Unfortunately we have to drive 30 miles to get to a JC Penney store. This is our favorite. Clean store, no clothes thrown on the floor, and very neat.
Employees are friendly and willing to help find discounts.”
