“Bought some pants online went to the store to exchange them. I was surprised at how busy the place was at 11:00am on a Saturday and there were only three people working. The employee with the cute black square glasses was super sweet and helpful even in the middle of all the busyness. She was remembering and talking with all the customers like they were old friends and very attentive to their needs. I even commented on how busy it was and she suggested i come back during the week when its a little quieter if i prefer a more calm atmosphere. Not only that when she checked me out she was able to do my returns and my new jeans in a very convenient and fast paced i was impressed and she was singing (very good singer). Kudos to the girl in the cute black square glasses and good singer.”

“Absolutely fantastic, I have not received this level of customer service in years! Echo is absolutely fantastic and went so above and beyond helping me. I came in very near closing and with a very specific request and she did not hesitate to do everything she could to help me make it happen. There are a few locations closer to where I live than this one but I will gladly drive the extra twenty minutes for this location every time ! Came for the clothes but I will be coming back because of Echo!”
