I’m intimidated by shopping with a changing body and she was patient and positive. They pulled styles and sizes for me and told me honestly when things didn’t work or when they really did. “Bought some pants online went to the store to exchange them. I was surprised at how busy the place was at 11:00am on a Saturday and there were only three people working. The employee with the cute black square glasses was super sweet and helpful even in the middle of all the busyness. She was remembering and talking with all the customers like they were old friends and very attentive to their needs. I even commented on how busy it was and she suggested i come back during the week when its a little quieter if i prefer a more calm atmosphere. Not only that when she checked me out she was able to do my returns and my new jeans in a very convenient and fast paced i was impressed and she was singing (very good singer). Kudos to the girl in the cute black square glasses and good singer.”
“First Old Navy I've been to that was so organized. The dressing room staff (red headed young lady with glasses) was incredibly helpful. She even ran and grabbed my daughter the next size up in jeans so I wouldn't have to leave her alone.”

They deserve all five stars in my book.
1. Offered a general friendly greeting upon entry.
2. Super cute clothing and gift worthy merch. (Bdays, bridal showers, variety of fun stuff)
3. Not super expensive.
4. Nice, comfortable fitting rooms.
5. Helpful and friendly associates (most important in my opinion)”

“I had the best experience at this store. It was well organized and the staff were very cheerful. I received excellent customer service even though I wasn't being the best customer, lol. I appreciated how the staff seemed to get along and how attentive they were to my needs. This is not the closest H&M to me, but I will drive the extra distance for the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff.”
“Absolutely fantastic, I have not received this level of customer service in years! Echo is absolutely fantastic and went so above and beyond helping me. I came in very near closing and with a very specific request and she did not hesitate to do everything she could to help me make it happen. There are a few locations closer to where I live than this one but I will gladly drive the extra twenty minutes for this location every time ! Came for the clothes but I will be coming back because of Echo!”

“One of my favorite downtown Lee’s Summit shops! I love the clothing and jewelry as well as their natural makeup and skin care products. Dara and her staff are always friendly and helpful, offering suggestions when I can’t make up mind which outfit or pair of earrings to buy!”
