“Elle & Em is a wonderful example of the gorgeous, quaint speciality boutiques that line the historic downtown area.
This boutique in particular has a huge offering of flattering and hip styles for every body type…… but the most awing feature of this shop….. the woodwork, the high ceilings, and thick natural crown molding. I loved this multi level shopping gem and is truly a hidden treasure.”

“I came here yesterday and had the best experience! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. I was last minute shopping for an outfit for an event I needed to attend to that evening. I went on my lunch break and did not have high hopes of finding an outfit in such a short time frame. However, they found me the perfect outfit for the event very quickly. They kept bringing different outfits that I would’ve never knew they had just to ensure I received what I was looking for. I’m so appreciative of their attentiveness and help! It made all the difference and again, I LOVE the outfit I purchased. I looked amazing”

“Bought some pants online went to the store to exchange them. I was surprised at how busy the place was at 11:00am on a Saturday and there were only three people working. The employee with the cute black square glasses was super sweet and helpful even in the middle of all the busyness. She was remembering and talking with all the customers like they were old friends and very attentive to their needs. I even commented on how busy it was and she suggested i come back during the week when its a little quieter if i prefer a more calm atmosphere. Not only that when she checked me out she was able to do my returns and my new jeans in a very convenient and fast paced i was impressed and she was singing (very good singer). Kudos to the girl in the cute black square glasses and good singer.”

“First Old Navy I've been to that was so organized. The dressing room staff (red headed young lady with glasses) was incredibly helpful. She even ran and grabbed my daughter the next size up in jeans so I wouldn't have to leave her alone.”
“Unfortunately we have to drive 30 miles to get to a JC Penney store. This is our favorite. Clean store, no clothes thrown on the floor, and very neat.

I appreciated how the staff seemed to get along and how attentive they were to my needs. This is not the closest H&M to me, but I will drive the extra distance for the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff.”
