Hawthorn Bank is a terrific bank; people feel like family. The manager and staff are always polite, professional and courteous. They answer all questions quickly and greet with a smile. The team is helpful and kind even when the lobby is full. Many friends and people who bank there say they are very satisfied with the experience and look forward to many years of banking with the bank. The service is awesome and relief. The professional and courteous staff feel like a happy family.
