There was a mix up in emails getting crossed and only after I was at the tournament already in Emporia, KS, did I realize the amounts were wrong by no fault of the bank. This was a Saturday and after they closed at noon, I kid you not, Tanya took out traveling over 2 hours one way and delivered the new cards. “Went to CACU for the first time to open an account I was a little nervous bc you never know what you are walked into but i had a terrific experience! I walked in and this very nice lady greeted me and ask how she could help me I told her and she went and hooked me up with Abi. Abi was so professional, nice, patient, and fun. I had a fraud issue on one of my credit cards since September 2023 and Spencer worked tirelessly to solve the issue for me. “Had a stressful situation the other day with the drive thru. They had a person that was training and not trying to gather any additional information to rectify the issue. When I asked to speak with the branch manager I was told they were not in. I proceeded to leave the drive thru and go inside of the bank and Sherry was able to work with me to get the situation resolved.”
“My older car engine died and I was shopping for a replacement car. I figured I would need financial information for whoever I ended up getting the loan through and I was in Lee's Summit at the time, so I went to the Todd George branch and requested a print out of my account. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and quick to get my information, and when he learned that I was shopping for a car he suggested I get pre-qualified at CACU. I agreed and he handed me over to Tambra Weeks. Tambra was very knowledgeable and quickly gave me the information about pre-qualification. She said once I was pre-qualified, 150 dealerships in the metro KC area could pull up my information, put in the figures, have me sign, and my sale would be done. That sounded so easy and non-stressful. I did get pre-qualified and it was easy and stress free, and I appreciate all the help and information given to me by Tambra Weeks. I would recommend her to anyone who is beginning to car shop.”

“I’m a little late in posting this review, but I wanted to share my experience.
I visited the SBKC location by Walmart in Lee’s Summit about a month ago to update my name on my account and make a withdrawal. I was assisted by Ntshiabliag and Lynne, and they were both incredibly helpful throughout the process.
The staff at this location is consistently friendly and supportive. I had previously visited another location in Lee’s Summit and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience, but this visit completely turned things around for me.
I’ll definitely be returning to this location for any future needs.
