“Very customer oriented and helpful when we went to buy some landscaping rocks. Filled our 5 gallon buckets and assisted in loading them into our car. Would definitely recommend this business.”

“The staff today were very friendly and helpful. The product I was looking for couldn't be found even though online it claimed to have some in stock (I know that can be inaccurate). But many helpful employees tried to help find it and I appreciate the customer service. Probably the best customer service of any store I've been to recently.”

“We wanted 2 patio sets and the service was exceptional. They were missing one lumbar pillow that I wanted for the set and the customer service rep got online and found it nearby for us.”

“I had a great experience at the Lee's Summit Depot tonight. I returned some items which I did not have receipts for and Jim helped me through to get the credit on all the parts. I took the store credit that Jim had given me to the plumbing aisle to buy the parts I needed. I was about to give up when Gar caught up with me and help me find the parts I needed to solve the problem. Then the young lady at self checkout whose name I did not catch but was working the 9:00 hour help me through the purchasing process when the computer froze. The way that the three of them tag teamed me was absolutely outstanding!”
