“I had a great experience at the Lee's Summit Depot tonight. I returned some items which I did not have receipts for and Jim helped me through to get the credit on all the parts. I took the store credit that Jim had given me to the plumbing aisle to buy the parts I needed. I was about to give up when Gar caught up with me and help me find the parts I needed to solve the problem. Then the young lady at self checkout whose name I did not catch but was working the 9:00 hour help me through the purchasing process when the computer froze. The way that the three of them tag teamed me was absolutely outstanding!”

“I really enjoyed shopping here at Harbor Freight Tools. I was working on my water heater, trying to replace the anode rod. I couldn’t get the bolt which is common from the factory.
I went to Harbor freight to get a half inch breaker bar and a socket extender. Their prices were considerably less than Lowe’s. And I found someone to help me right away. In fact, one of the ladies working, came up to me and asked me if she could help me find anything. Like the good old days. Customer service is not lost. This location of Harbor Freight and their They employees are a joy.”
