We had a tricky issue with our car that was very difficult to figure out, but the guys took the extra time driving the car around to properly diagnose it and get it fixed right. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated and never tried to upsell any unnecessary work. You can tell they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. It feels great to have a local shop that can be trusted with confidence. Highly recommend!”
“Its very rare these days to find someone or some business in this case with the skills and integrity that this business has. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down the best auto repair shop in the Lee's summit area. Not only were the prices very reasonable they were upfront about what I did not need. Meaning the last place I went said I needed this and that but when I went and received a second opinion by this shop they actually took the time and showed me why I truly did not need this repair at the current time and explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand it. Hands down 5 stars and highly recommended!”

“Great service, unbeatable prices! If your vehicle requires full synthetic oil changes, this is the place to go. First time, I accidentally chose this location instead of the one near my home. The other shop wouldn't work me in, even though nobody was busy at 4:45 on a weekday. So I came here anyway, a little late, and they got me right in. Second time, got me in on time at 4:30 on a weekday. I added a restoration for a plastic headlight housing I ruined with a solvent, and they brought it back to life! Glad I found this shop by accident... Serendipity.”

“Previously before coming to this auto repair shop, I went to two others, and they could not get my oil gauge to read, which turned into another problem later of me putting too much oil in the car. My car does not have a dipstick as it’s only digital. Frustrated with getting my car back, they still didn’t have my oil Gauge fixed to where I could read how much oil is in my car. So I was referred to Telle and it took them only about three total minutes to not only figure out the issue, but actually they took time out to show me how it needs to be reset and he taught me to do that. I loved the honesty and this is now my go to mechanic.Thank you Danny Cable for your knowledge and service! Well done!
