I bank at the Liberty location.
I always found bathroom facilities needed when you serve customers.
Recently the bathroom facility no longer available to customers as code needed to use.
How sad that a small service taken away. I have never seen facility in need of cleaning or abuse. Yes. I have used these facilities many times.
But know staff will have code to use, that gives me peace of mind, they may use.”

“This is an edit to my review: I received a call from Michelle the Bank Midwest Liberty Branch Manager and she sincerely apologized for the unfortunate incident with the assistant Bank Manager who was disrespectful and left me with a horrible feeling that day and she listened as i explained the situation and assured me that she would talk to all her assistants since I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25+ years and even went over and above and gave me a $45 credit on my account for the expedited charge for my new debit card and all for the trouble and thanked me for letting her know so she could make it the situation right for me. I was very very grateful and felt heard and appreciated and very respected and I feel very satisfied in the end!! Thank you Michelle- you are the best and thanks for truly helping and listening to me! I’ve always loved this branch and always held it up in the deepest regard!! ???♥️♥️??

On Saturday : My card was compromised and I arrived a few minutes before noon and the bank manager wouldn’t help me because “they were shut down!” When a customer just walked out of the building! I’ve been a loyal bank Midwest customer for many years and when I really needed help, the response from the bank manager is, I’m sorry come back Monday! Horrible customer service! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and disdain! Really people this is your job!! I worked customer service for many years and never turned people away especially if they are in desperate need of a horrible situation! My advice is Get out of customer service especially when you’re at the level as bank manager! #disrespected #disappointed”
