I always found bathroom facilities needed when you serve customers.
Recently the bathroom facility no longer available to customers as code needed to use.
How sad that a small service taken away. I have never seen facility in need of cleaning or abuse. Yes. I have used these facilities many times.
But know staff will have code to use, that gives me peace of mind, they may use.”

“We’re from out of town but had a check we needed to deposit after a death in the family. There were three ladies at the teller position and no other customers so pretty chill but the ladies never lost their professionalism even though they did engage in light conversation. Though the deposit was a bit complicated, they helped us quickly and professionally. The bank is clean and presents very well.”
