“The hotel is clean, it in itself is similar to all hotels. It doesn't have a continental breakfast, but I stayed for almost 3 months worth of work trips because of the staff. Especially the women who work the front desk. All staff is exceptional and friendly and made it so wonderful everytime I came. I'd recommend to anyone because the details and help and making sure you're taken care of was priceless! Deeply grateful and will definitely go out of my way to visit again!”
“The location is nothing and hard to get Ubers so plan to drive yourself. Hotel is very new and clean and the breakfast guy is awesome - it’s a sit down proper breakfast. but staff/service otherwise was weird and unhelpful.”

“Stayed NYE so price was more expensive then normal. Room was great. Location is perfect. Bar was not open for Chiefs game so ran to Bally's casino to sports bar. There also is Old Chicago a block away.”

“The staff over here is very polite and helpful. I stayed here two nights, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Scott at the bar of Toasty Toast is an awesome guy and helps me pick the best fall draft drinks. Also, it’s only 15 -20-minute drive from downtown. Breakfast service is also excellent, and there is a big parking lot. The hotel was full of guests due to the Tylor Swift concert & Chiefs game, but they managed to serve all the guests well. The pool was clean, and the gym had enough equipment. You get pitcher of beer in $5 + taxes. What a great deal. Fried green beans are must try. * FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES ONE CHARGING STATION IS AVAILABLE IN PARKING LOT.Rooms: Rooms were clean and you get room service every day. They have dove shampoo, hand wash, and Body wash and pretty much amazed by it.Safety: Very safe in terms of parking all lobbies has security camera and parking lot too. Electrical car charging station is available in their parking lot.Food & drinks: Toasty toast offers great variety of beer, craft beer, cocktail drinks & food. I tried their fall drinks which are at great price and food was good too. You get pitcher of beer in $5 + taxes. What a great deal. Fried green beans are must try.”

“Worst place that I have ever stayed. Check out the pictures. The room was not clean with cigarette ashes everywhere. No towels, shampoo, soap, or conditioner. One packet of coffee with no cups, sugar, cream, or straws. NO TOWELS. I got one card. They do this on purpose to try to charge you with items missing. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.”

“Most of the nights we were there the service and amenities were great! The last night/day the hot water disappeared and the service elevators started breaking when they were already repairing the regular ones. So they’re doing some repairs right now but it is very central to everything and beautiful views on the strip and the mountains. The rooms are decorated simply but nice. I very much enjoyed staying here over the Tropicana.”
“Easy to get to right off the interstate. Restaurants close by both fast food and sit down.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms were well kept but the walls and ceiling are very thin, you can hear what is going on in the room next to you and above.”

“It's a rather isolated location at Least in the Off Season of the Worlds of Fun Theme park nearby...Rooms are quite nice and clean. Most of the Staff are very courteous however their English seems quite Limited. Am not 100 % sure of their Nationality...but probably Indian. Room cleaning service is Very Visible and Attentive. The Food at the Breakfast bar which included Hot selections was satisfying but nothing Special. Was a little put off that they take it down at 9am instead of 10 or 11am like Many places do. It's convenient on foot to 4 or 5 clean and well maintained friendly fast food places and an upscale Convenient store but not much Else. Some especially families with small children might find the lobby 'dated' looking if not on the dark and dreary side. But it Didn't bother ME personally. There is also a small fitness center and an INdoor pool....room temperature not Heated. For the Money it's an Excellent Choice.Safety: Appears to be a very law abiding Low crime area...just judging from the 'Off Season here.”
“We don’t ever post bad reviews but this warrants it. My friend and I were in town this past weekend and she’s stayed there many times before but this time was so bad. First room was crawling with bedbugs and stained sheets. She called and told them and they didn’t sound surprised or concerned at all and the way they spoke to her made us feel like we were causing them trouble. The second room we got was no better and still gross so we left. Seemed like no upkeep was done Since wof wasn’t open this time of year also saw cops there 3 times in our short time of being in and out”

“This is the second time my daughter and I have stayed at this property when passing through. BOTH times this hotel has been great, the staff have always been professional, welcoming, warm and helpful. After we checked in, there was a slight problem with our TV and Ali came up from the front desk and got it sorted out.The hotel room and lobby areas have always been clean, the room is quiet.Saltgrass restaurant next door is good food and after traveling its nice to be able to walk next door for good food.Highly and easily recommend staying here!”
