“The room was so large and comfy, the bathroom is great for a non handicapped person. As a wheelchair user would be nice to make a few changes, location makes all the diff. In the world”
“We love this hotel, the best people we have ever met, the people who work there are so kind and the housekeepers do an amazing job on the rooms, but when we tried to book a room again they said we couldn't because they had no rooms, we understand that but then I had my cousin call up there and they let her. So I don't know what we did, or what we said to offend them but we're sorry and we won't bother you again. I'm sorry that I was a burden to you when you all helped us so much, I'm so sorry for that and I hope you all can forgive me but you probably won't.”
“I didn't realize there was a 4:00 check-in and arrived after driving most of the day to get to the motel. The front desk agent made an exception since it was 2:45 and gave us a room. I have some physical challenges and he put us in a room near the elevator.”
