“Spent a few nights here for work and loved it. I met Amber and Natalie my first night and they're both amazing!! Very friendly and very helpful with recommendations on places to eat and enjoy the night life. I'll definitely be staying here every time I come back to KC.”

“The room was so large and comfy, the bathroom is great for a non handicapped person. As a wheelchair user would be nice to make a few changes, location makes all the diff. In the world”

“So many positives about this hotel. The staff checked us in with ease and quickly. The hotel smelled so clean! Nice fireplace in the entry and at the outdoor seating area. Nice clean beds. The pool was heated and the warmest I've ever swam in! Truly wonderful ?? Slide was so fun. The nicest staff ever!!! Breakfast could have more options but the quality of the items they did have were nice. The only negatives were no towels in the pool area and a few places in the room could have been cleaner.*I left a bag with a Nintendo switch and my wallet in the room. The staff quickly called me and I just wanted to say thank you again for your honesty and returning my belongings!* Nice bar area. Fluffy pillows. I do think the pool hours should be extended tho! Should be 6am-11pm. Maybe with an adult hour from 10pm-11pm. Wonderful snack bar items, nice fruit water in the lobby. Plenty of parking. Nice bathroom in room. Suite was huge. Furniture needs a good cleaning. The tub needs an additional handle or something to help with getting in and out safely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“We love this hotel, the best people we have ever met, the people who work there are so kind and the housekeepers do an amazing job on the rooms, but when we tried to book a room again they said we couldn't because they had no rooms, we understand that but then I had my cousin call up there and they let her. So I don't know what we did, or what we said to offend them but we're sorry and we won't bother you again. I'm sorry that I was a burden to you when you all helped us so much, I'm so sorry for that and I hope you all can forgive me but you probably won't.”
