As soon as an employee was available we were helped. Everything went smoothly and Becca was very professional and so fun to work with. Jesse helped with our screen protectors and they are perfect! “Aaron was amazing! We were led down a rabbit hole of “promotional savings” by a franchise store and our bill was outrageous! He knew right away why I was flustered and sat down with me and went through our bill. He highlighted all the things that were costing me extra money, and even went above and beyond to help me through the customer service phone call to remove the extra charges. Super patient and willing to truly figure out your bill!”

“Update after second visit: Travis C was very helpful with getting my replacement phone set up and even checking the Sim card and replacing it due to some minor wear from being used in multiple phones. He was also very informative and helpful with other questions while we charged my new phone to be able to transfer my data. Late visit was really close to closing, but he still took the time to make sure everything was working right without rushing the process.

1st visit: Employee seemed bothered that I walked into the store when he was sitting down on his phone. I had a replacement phone ordered because my phone stopped having working bluetooth and wifi after receiving the phone as a replacement through having phone insurance. Replacement phone is on backorder and no answers on how long that could take, except buying a new phone is the only way to get a replacement that has full functionality.”

“So tired of this service. I haven't had internet in almost 2 weeks. Every time they come out to look at my router/modem they say they 'cant find anything wrong' and leave.Despite this lack of service; my bill has almost doubled since I started using this company 2 years ago. I've never agreed to this increase-- nor can I get a hold of anyone to talk about why it's so expensive for no service.I need my internet. Don't fall for the same mistake I made. Steer clear of CCI.”
