Every time they come out to look at my router/modem they say they 'cant find anything wrong' and leave.Despite this lack of service; my bill has almost doubled since I started using this company 2 years ago. I've never agreed to this increase-- nor can I get a hold of anyone to talk about why it's so expensive for no service.I need my internet. Don't fall for the same mistake I made. Steer clear of CCI.”
