It offers all the tools of a large banking institution but with the personal attention of a small town bank, where clients are treated like a part of a family or a friend, not just a number or a customer. Both personal and business accounts are held there. The staff and banking professionals are consistently described as very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Interactions in person are friendly and timely, and service over the phone is also great. Employees take the time to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly and responsibly, even for minor mistakes or international matters. Very very shady bank. I would not recommend trusting them. Go to a bigger more well known bank. Lies to customers and gaslights them even when the customer is correct.
