“When our Sea Doo was damaged in a collision I called Hull's based on their reviews. Eric called me on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to get more info and set up a time the following week to look at the damage. He had me send him pictures first, and then he came to my house to do an assessment. He got back with me the very next morning to let me know that the PWC was too damaged to be fixed. It was unfortunate news, but I was just really impressed how quickly he looked at it for me and got back with me. “One morning during our cross country trip, I discovered what looked like a shard of metal in my tire. After calling around and stopping at several other (highly reviewed) tire/auto shops who couldn’t see us until the afternoon, came here.Selina helped me at the front desk and said the wait would be ~2.5hrs. I asked if she could give me a call when our time slot was approaching. She agreed.Long story short, she called me within an hour and said our car was next. They carefully inspected the tire and even talked to me while they did so. Apparently the metal didn’t fully pierce the tire bc no leak was found. They got us in/out in no more than 45min and even let us wait inside with our 3 dogs. Thanks for the great service!”

“After attempting to order our first RV purchase from a local dealership that didn't deliver and never refunded our down payment, we found the exact model we wanted at Quality RV, so we went there. We wish we had just gone there to begin with. It was a 3 hour trip from where we live, but well worth the drive. No added or hidden fees...what was advertised was what we paid. The no hassle, no pressure sales staff was refreshingly different from what we were used to closer to home or with other large-ticket purchases. Charlie told us to go look around the lot for what we wanted and to stop by when we were done if we had any questions. He didn't 'tag along' or point out every little feature to try to make a sale while we were browsing their selection. Once we decided to buy, Travis handled our paperwork and was equally as friendly and accommodating, explaining any add-ons informatively and honestly, without trying to push us into buying anything we didn't want. When we went to pick up our new trailer, Cody treated us as though he had known us for years as close friends or family, guiding us through every feature and maintenance task for well over an hour, and taking the time to answer any questions we had thoroughly so we left feeling confident that we knew everything we needed to know. And since purchasing, Kim in parts/service has been an extremely helpful, friendly resource for parts, accessories, to schedule any service needs. We will go out of our way to make any future RV purchases from Quality RV, a small, family-owned dealership that has always treated us as though we are family from the first visit.”
