“I purchased a bathroom shower surround + pan, and a glass door. The sales man didnt know to warn me that the shower door would not work with the surround I purchased. Thankfully after opening the box, I quickly realized it was wrong, and they allowed me to return it and I purchased the door that would work. The first shower door was a foot taller than the surround.”

The extra touch of being there as everything was delivered, helping with color choices and making decorating suggestions was such an immense help.
