“Adding to my last post I wanted to say that I went to the storage unit to check on some things and my slide lock was stuck. Luckily Kami just happened to be at this location and was able to take care of it. She definitely is wonderful to help and go the extra mile to make sure my experience with Public Storage at this location is great! I really do appreciate her. Thank you Kami!!
This Public Storage at Barrett Station has a new manager, Kami, and she has made a huge difference. I have been unhappy with Public Storage and the previous managers because you could never get in touch with them. I had a light bulb fixture in my unit, which is on the second floor so it was dark, that didn't work and didn't get fixed for over a year. I also left my extra key at the office so they could have access to my unit so they could fix the light and then they misplaced the key. Kami was very helpful when I went to my storage unit this last time. She made sure all was good in my unit and replaced my lock so that I could have my second key. Thank you Public Storage for bringing in someone who is responsible and dependable.”
“I was fed up with another storage place. On a sunday, I needed a new one... now. I pulled into parking lot. Found them online, after making payment. I was in my new storage place within 15 minutes. All without talking to anyone. Pretty good, considering the time crunch on a Sunday.”
“Extra Space has been great! They’ve always helped me out and worked with me, I have two units currently and I’m very happy with their service over the last 5 years. Especially the guys at the Meramac location.”

“Working with Jason at A Storage Inn in Ballwin couldn’t have been easier! Jason was very helpful in answering all my questions, and the entire process of setting up our storage space only took about ten minutes. Highly recommend!”
