“Great customer service here. After two attempts to get a hitch installed at the Kingshighway location (scheduling me when hitch installer wasn't even working, twice), Uhaul switched me to this location. It was a bit of a drive but 100% worth it. The manager, Dan, was nice and knew how to handle everything (unlike Kingshighway). The actual installation turned out to be quick and I was in and out within an hour. The whole experience here was professional and I felt that I could trust them to do a good job and they did. Highly recommend!”
“I was having a bit of trouble accessing the app to get into the storage facility, but luckily, the wonderful Shalae was there to help. She kindly helped me set up a key fob. I even had some difficulty with the code for the fob, but we tried multiple messages, and she was able to arrange an automated call to deliver the code. Thanks to her friendly and bubbly personality, she made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. She's truly easy to talk to, especially when dealing with tricky situations.”
“Mark was awesome. I came in to rent a storage unit and was confused about the pricing, but he took his time explaining everything and made sure I fully understood the pricing and process. He gave me a tour, was upfront and knowledgeable about the units, and was very friendly throughout the entire experience.
I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks because of this move, and Mark even took the time to listen to me vent while finishing up my paperwork, even though he absolutely didn’t have to. I actually left feeling a little better after talking with him. U don’t find genuine people like Mark anymore. This guy is truly a gem. Thank you, Mark, for the outstanding customer service!”

“Serving a storage unit was extremely easy and the office could not have been more friendly or helpful. They walked me through every step of the process as far as far as the contract as well as where my unit was and how to access it as well as shared carts. The unit are large and reasonably priced, and I highly recommend this to anybody with socially large heavy objects of the majority of the units are all located on the first floor.”
