“Large location, lots of furniture, clothing, housewares, and books. I found a vintage red necklace for $5. What is the deal with all the thrift stores around here having a bunch of Precious Moments figurines?”

“I love Uptown Cheapskate. Really nice store to shop. Way better than Plato’s Closet. They have nice clothing and shoes for Women and Men. Warm and welcoming place to shop.”

“I casually drop in the Resale Shop now and then and the last two visits have been so rewarding! I found several lovely items and got great discounts, too. On Spin the Wheel day I hit 50% off my purchase and just last week was treated to 30% off because of a Pop-Up Sale! Thank you, NCJW ?”

“I was up in the area for the day and stumbled on this cute little shop. I'll be honest, as I was walking up it looked very Boutique-ish and I almost didn't enter. But, I spotted the section I was looking for, and gave it a chance. I did not immediately see pricing, so I asked at the counter. I was greeted warmly and answered promptly. The associate even double-checked that the pricing was displayed. I found a couple of items in terrific condition for a very reasonable price. I'll return again when I next return to St. Louis.”

“Limited selection at this store but I always find ceramics to buy made in Portugal, Italy, or Spain. These bowls are a great way to take a dish to a gathering and gift the host with the dish.”

“I’ve shopped here for several years now and really enjoyed ditto sales. The variety of clothes is very nice, especially in the boutique area. I would say some of the clothes can be a little pricier than I would expect, but I do feel like the quality of the clothing is generally very good.”

“First time here at this location. I donate a lot of items to charity companies like this and I like to come when I'm looking for a good bargain. I recently completed a diamond art project and needed a very specific frame, but did not want to spend much money. I needed a large border on it. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a lot of pictures here. There was probably four different ones that were options I could've used. They also had some brand new items at the store as well. Lots of really good cookware/glass decor items. They had a good section of clothing if that's what you're looking for, and some furniture as well. The folks working here were very nice and helpful. My friend purchased a large piece of furniture for her daughter. They will be picking it up later. The lady told her that all she had to do was pull around back and they will have people bring the item to her and loaded up in their truck for them. That's good service.”

“Large store with much better selection of housewares and clothing than the Florissant location. Lots of crystal glassware, dishes, and kitchen items still in boxes. When a pair of Crocs are in the locked display case, though, you can't imagine you'll find much of quality name brands.”

“Decent selection of clothing, some of NWT, shoes, purses, jewelry at reasonable prices. Lots of furniture and housewares. Mid century deviled egg and giardiniera tray is $3.25 as opposed to $20 at antique store.”
