“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!!

I usually buy higher end pieces, but I’m trying to create less waste, shop local and thrift more. I’m very happy with my purchases and will be returning soon!”

The staff are absolutely great, straight shooters with high value and integrity. Their same as cash warranty offers really solid peace of mind.
I came back just recently while we were shopping for a fridge and asked if a certain fridge could fit milk jugs in the door. Conlyn literally installed the shelves in the fridge and grabbed a gallon jug from his own fridge so we could test it!
