“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!!

The staff are absolutely great, straight shooters with high value and integrity. Their same as cash warranty offers really solid peace of mind.
I came back just recently while we were shopping for a fridge and asked if a certain fridge could fit milk jugs in the door. Conlyn literally installed the shelves in the fridge and grabbed a gallon jug from his own fridge so we could test it!

“The employees are very kind and helpful! I was checking out, and I got to chatting with the employee monitoring the self checkout machines. Ended up leaving my bag of paint samples in the checkout because I was so engaged in my conversation with the friendly employee. “We came here this weekend with our toddlers for the kids workshop. Its a free workshop, lasts all morning and is so much fun. We tried it when kids were barely 2 and they did not have much interest, they are almost 3 now and very into it. We built Home Depot trucks and it was so much fun! They did miss 1 component that was mentioned in the kit- the glue and one of the parts could really use it, we glued it at home and kids love their trucks. We will be back!”
“Talk about going above and beyond! I had an Amazon package delivered to their store with a new alternator in it for my car when my car completely shut down on the way there. I did what I didn't think would work and called the store to ask if they could bring my package to me after explaining my situation, while they couldn't bring my package to me Miss Jenny, the mgr of the store, told me she could come get me and bring to the store then back to my car which was sitting on Olive Blvd. She by no means had to do that for me but thanks to her I was able to get my car part I needed. Thank you again ma'am you are absolutely amazing. For sure coming to rent with y'all when I have a place to call my own.”
