“Outside part of the doors hit were good it was the inside disappointments and multiple trips afterwards. Then three seperate trips to the bodyshop should not happen to any customer. 1st to pick up the car it was very dirty inside. The passenger side was hit and decals I ordered for the inside of the car were missing. Then the door weather strips were bad and the wheel alignment needing readjusting. So I returned a 2nd time.

The did compensate me for everything. I went back a 3rd time and they fixed everything to earn a revised 5-stars.”

“I’ve had the misfortune of needing to replace my windshield 3 times in the last year and a half. I’ve used Master’s Glass LLC For all 3 replacements and each time I’m happier with their service. The office staff and technicians are friendly, helpful, and thorough. It’s easy to get an appointment and they do an exceptional job. Hopefully I don’t need another new windshield in the near future but if I do I will use them again, as I feel very confident recommending them to anyone. 10/10!”

“I’ve been going to 123 Auto for several years after trying several mechanics around STL and always feeling like some of the “recommended” items were bogus. I’ve never felt that way here. I was prompted to write this review after a recent service visit in which they were investigating a transmission issue with my vehicle. After pulling the service code, they informed me that the repair would be several thousand dollars but that if I went to the dealer it was covered by a technical service bulletin and had an extended warranty that would cover the cost in full if done by the dealer. I would never have known that and they saved me all that cost with no benefit to them. I’m now a customer for life here”

“Great service and the front counter people are super helpful! Took my car up originally to get an estimate as the other driver wanted to pay out of pocket. They did a free estimate and did it quickly. Once we decided the other party would have to go through insurance, I went to take it up for another estimate. They didn't need to do another estimate, took the car in that day, worked with the other insurance to cover the damages, and kept me updated throughout the process. They also offer a shuttle of sorts to get to the nearest Enterprise or Hertz for a rental car if needed, and then you bring the rental back to Enterprise and get dropped back at Carstar. All of them are super friendly and very helpful, and I would absolutely recommend this auto body shop.”

“Start to finish the process was efficient and fillled with interactions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We used the location off Baur Blvd and my main contact was Eric. The work was done on the rear bumper of our BMW X7 which was rear-ended. I am extremely particular about my cars and their condition. As an easy example, I hand wash them. The refinished bumper looks as it should - brand new. Vehicle was ready when promised. Updates were provided via my preferred channel (text) and the team was highly responsive when I texted a question. Highly recommend.”

“I am a VERY skeptical and observant person and the landscaping alone of Central Auto Body caught my attention BEFORE I even needed them. The upkeep of their area especially during the holidays brings a loving harmony to the neighborhood that I greatly appreciate. So, when my car took ill to a hit and run, I have to admit that I was actually happy to have the honored opportunity to meet the people who operated there, even if it was at my loss. And BOY was I correct! You can judge this book by its cover!!!
Taking my vehicle to Central Auto Body was like taking a loved one to a caring hospital. Without going into the careful, thorough, intimate excellent work that they did in a very timely manner, I first want to thank Rick for holding my hand through the process with daily updates, messages, and responses like a kind doctor walking a loved one through surgery on a parent. Rick explained everything that they found in detail to me including when the mechanics would find more damage that wasn't seen. They didn't rush the work at all. They assured that to get every single thing that was affected by the hit and run my poor Kristina (lol) suffered, all the way down to the bones. I felt VERY comfortable as my care set under their care.
Additionally, AFTER repairs were complete, they cleaned her up to be presentable for pick-up and Rick came out to walk me through all that had been done. THIS is the place to take your car if you want it cared for by people who understand a car lover's love!”

“Yuuri Johnson at the Bridgeton location did an outstanding job! He provided high-quality customer service start to finish. He walked us through different types of stereos that we could select from and answered all our questions. He proactively called us because there was a cancellation on Christmas Eve, so they were able to install my wife’s stereo in time for Christmas. It was a Christmas miracle! The installation team did an excellent job and it look like a factory installation. Yuuri showed us all the functions for the stereo and even made sure my wife’s phone paired up properly with it. Again, great service!”
