“I had my car towed to Dobbs on Wednesday afternoon. I hit a curb, so my tire was punctured. I know I previously got tires from Dobbs before and had a warranty, but I was having anxiety from the rough day I was having. I wasn't explaining the details accurately. The technician was so kind and came out with me to look at tire and to assist me. I am so grateful for him because he looked me up in the system and was able to see that my tire was from there and under warranty. He really made my day and helped me to realize why I only get my tires from Dobbs.”

“My daughter took her car to this location and something went wrong when changing her brake fluid. She was there quite a while and the technicians couldn't of been nicer. They asked her if she was hungry etc. She ended up leaving the car overnight so they brought her home. The next day fixed the car and delivered it to us. They took such good care of my young daughter and made it right with her. I recommend this location to everyone. I wish I knew the techs. names to give them a shout out but Jonathon the manager was so helpful.”

I messaged them through chat on Google to find out if I could walk in for a safety inspection they said they would try to work me into the schedule and got me in the same day!!! I was so thankful to find an honest shop closer to my house they are AMAZING!! “I was able to get into Big Bend Auto center quickly when my car battery was having issues. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and it was greatly appreciated! Not only did they fix the battery, they noticed one of my head lights was out as well, and fixed that too. They were always friendly and courteous. “I visited this Dobbs location out of necessity today. I live in IL but had gone to StL for a doctor's appointment. While there I clipped a curb and damaged the sidewall of one of my tires. I was WAY too nervous to drive 45 minutes home on the tire, and also not confident enough in my tire changing abilities to do it myself. I quickly pulled up tire shop locations near me and this Dobbs popped up. I explained to the man working there what was going on and almost immediately he had a young man putting my spare on for me. They would not even accept payment for it!!! The man at the counter and the young man who did the work were both extremely friendly and kind. They got me back on the road within 15 minutes of pulling in. If I lived closer to this Dobbs I would absolutely use them again. Thank you Olivette Dobbs!!!”

“We are new to St Charles County from GA and had to get an emissions inspection to get plates on our vehicles. I have never experienced such difficulty getting an inspection!! You're either looking at 2-3 weeks wait time or "unfortunately, our inspector is out this week"..... man there's a lot of inspectors who just take off on the fly! I had called Valvoline in St. Peter's and was told they could accommodate the next day anytime between 8 and 3. I drove from Foristell, showed up at 8, and what do you know, the guy has decided to take a long weekend. That's when I see Dobbs across the street, I called and spoke to Roger... I don't know if he heard the panic or desperation in my voice but he immediately was empathetic and sooo helpful! They got me right in. The whole crew was professional, friendly and efficient. The lobby is clean, they offered fresh coffee... I just want to publicly give credit where credit is due, and Roger and his team deserve it. They have earned my family's business 100%”
