“I had an ideal experience receiving my second of two shingles vaccine here. i scheduled the appointment online, went to the pharmacy upon arrival. they took my ID, after a few minutes the gave me a simply questionnaire to complete. They led me to the small room and a lovely pharmacy tech administered the shot and handed me a receipt showing I owed nothing as insurance covered the cost. in all I'm out in 15 minutes. compare that to CVS' MinuteClinic for the first vaccine who made me wait 10 minutes before anyone came out of there room. led me in and copied my insurance card and after a bit got the shot but they couldn't process the claim. I called three different occasions after repeatedly getting a $179 invoice. Now they sent me to a collection agency. Ill stick with Walgreens on Dorsett from here on.”

Not only did Marcie help me, but somehow she made what would've been a super stressful trip to the store turn into an experience I'll always remember!As a darker skinned black woman, it can be extremely challenging to find foundation that truly matches my skin tone. It took us a few tries to find it, but Marcie stayed calm and determined to help me find the color, coverage, and primer I needed. Because of her help, the make-up section no longer looks intimidating to me anymore! I thank God for sending Marcie my way today, she went above and far beyond to help and educate me and that was exactly what I needed. Thanks again Marcie!!”
