“Really top-notch professional movers. We acquired a home with a complicated driveway that required smaller trucks and multiple moving days. Everyone from Rob, our sales contact, to our move day leaders, Floyd and Cameron, to the entire moving team made it look and feel much easier than it was. They were honest and fair in bidding and final costs. They were quick, efficient and careful with our furniture. And their attitude throughout was great. I expected that a moving company would be rough with my things. But they treated my things as carefully as I would treat them myself. “Would not recommend using this place. They will give you one price for the first three months (they don’t imply that it will change that quickly at sign up), then double the monthly payment. Personally, now all of my stuff has been here for a few months and it’s going into the cold season so moving it somewhere else isn’t ideal or necessarily possible. Now I’m stuck with a much higher rate than I agreed too until I’m able to move my stuff. Not sure how they’re able to change my payment from less than $50 to nearly a hundred and I got the excuse of a “rate increase.” Just wanted to warn anyone else looking into these units and just know to expect a rate increase a few months in. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady I talked to was very nice and helped me out a bit, but it is still $30 more than what I initially agreed too.
Update: they were able to lower it significantly once I complained. Nicole was incredibly helpful so would HIGHLY recommend calling whatever location you’re using before hand to know there rate increase policies.”
“I want to say how thankful I am for the Extra Space Storage place... I was in the middle of a very unexpected and rough personal experience and had been referred to this place which wasn't open yet so I did the online rental thing which went SUPER SMOOTH then once it did open and I went to go get the unit and take my things up there... The lady in the office, Dakota Gerber, WAS ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT!! With the ordeal I was already being dealt for the day, she gave me comfort in being able to have a secure place for my important and sentimental items I needed to, she was very warm and welcoming and connected to me when I truly needed it most. She explained the details of my rental quickly and efficiently. Then showed me to my unit with a smile!!! Couldn't have asked for a better interaction especially when I wanted nothing more than to disappear this morning! Thank you Dakota!!! And Extra Space!!!”

“This storage facility is one we have used for years and it has recently become cleaner, better run and more reliable than it used to be under old management. The current ON SITE manager is very helpful and took care of everything we asked about. There are regular hours and the phone is answered. I would use it again.”

“Arthur was super helpful. I asked several questions on the phone before I came to get my unit and he was very patient with me on the phone as well. He was also very kind and helped me to decide what would be the best use of space for my items. I thought it was funny that over the phone. He told me not to wait too long because First come first serve”. Sure enough, right after I decided on my unit someone else walked in and told him that the unit they wanted was the one I just got. I’m glad I listen to him. I’m also very happy with the location as it’s easy to access.”
