“This review also applies to Continental Auto Sales. I actually shopped for two different trucks at this location. The first one didn't really the meet my requirements, but the second one?...perfect. Both times, I saw the truck advertised on Auto Trader and I'm guessing they were not ready for my immediate response as neither truck was ready to be test driven when I first called. Kirk and Brandon were extremely diligent to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. On both occasions, they stayed late so my wife and I could take the truck for a test drive. they also stayed late on the night we bought the second truck. Now, let me say, they sell used cars. Used cars tend to have issues and my beloved white Silverado did. I had it three days and it set a code. They took the truck back and fixed it. Unfortunately, the code required two additional trips back to them. Each time, they were very apologetic and got right on the issue. It was a little inconvenient, but I couldn't ask for better service. I am extremely satisfied, and I would absolutely recommend Kirk and Brandon to any of my friends and family. Excellent service and you can't beat the prices.”

“Excellent. My wife's co- worker highly recommended them. Matt did great work on my daughter's car. Even added some plugs to it. I came in without mentioning my wife's previous business. I wanted to see how consistent his work is. Something was draining my battery (not the alternator). 1. He sat down and we walked thru what's going on and the possibilities (most mechanics take your keys and call say they'll call you). 2. He gave a realistic time frame. Said he'd start tomorrow afternoon but finished tomorrow afternoon. 3. Fixed the problem. Explained what he did and we talked about future work. The professionalism. The honesty. The value. That's what will keep me going back. But the little things. The added spark plugs to my daughter's car. The fact he acid washed my rims and took 5 years of wear and tear off of them. That stuff restores faith in mechanics.”
