“We had an amazing experience working with LaTwuanna Troupe as well as Daniel Mooney and Ron Holland. My husband did most of the talking and had pretty much everything ready to go when I got off work. They took the time to answer ALL of our questions including why Enterprise Car Sales differs from other used car sales companies. We ordered car mats through them (since they don't typically come with them) and had to come back to pick those up, but they helped us install them once they arrived. Our car title came in the mail maybe two weeks after we picked up the car and they were very helpful with any questions we had after the fact. Great experience both purchasing and renting from this location!”
“I bought a red mitsubishi outlander sport. I loved my car had it for a year and a half my engine died out on me. They were kind enough to accept it as a trade and work hard to help me get financing for the vehicle I am looking to get. I am hoping to hear from them tomorrow or Friday to see if the credit union they use will be open to financing with me. I know that the cars are crammed on the lot and some even have cob webs but it's not because they are a bad dealership it's because not many people know about them but depending on what happens this week I will for sure be directing people their way. I believe they are honest people who don't just want your money they want honest business and lasting client relationships. If you communicate and are respectful you will get what you put out.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Dean Team Subaru, especially with Shawn Nethercott, the salesman I worked with. I called Dean Team the day the new 2026 hybrid Crosstrek became available to order. A friend had told me they were the best dealership to work with, even though I lived two hours away in another state. Shawn helped me order my new car over the phone that day, including all the options I wanted. Then I just needed to wait until my car came in. Shawn kept me informed of my car’s status during my wait. When it finally arrived several months later, I drove 2 hours to the dealership to pick up my car. Every detail was absolutely perfect, although I’m still waiting for my floor mats to come in. Shawn spent several hours with me going over all the features on my car, and, believe me, there are many. He also had me drive the car with him in it so I could try the features for myself. Shawn was the most thorough and professional representative that I can imagine. I’m so glad he was the one who handled my new car purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Shawn and Dean Team.”

“I broke down right next to their place and drove my car in and they fixed my tire right away as I was late to work. The following week they got my new tires in. It was affordable, fast and the communication was great. No upsells, just all the needed recommendations. They have now fixed my husbands jeep and even found something that was a safety concern and fixed that as well. Chris and JJ have gone above and beyond for my family and I will continue to take my vehicles there for all my needs. Highly recommend them!”
