“I was in the middle of a recipe this morning, and I realized I needed another can of sweetened condensed milk. I called south Dollar General, and the phone was answered by a very sweet woman. She checked the shelf for me, took them up to the counter, and they were waiting for me when I came. It was no more than 10 minutes between the time I realized I had no sweetened condensed milk and when I had it home to continue baking. And she was so kind and accommodating. I believe she is the store manager. She deserves some praise!”

“I would just like to say thank you to your bakery for delivering a fantastically decorated cake for my son's 1st birthday party last weekend!!! It was a barnyard animal theme and they did a great job. They also made his smash cake look like a hay bale and that was a fantastic touch! I judt told them the theme and they came up with the design and did not disappoint. I will definitely be ordering from you again. I love shopping at Maryville Hy-Vee. The store is always clean and in order and the staff is great. I also love the bearcat stuff throughout the store. Thanks Maryville Hy-Vee!!!”
“The south Dollar General store in Maryville store always looks and smells cleans you very seldom fine the isles blocked cuz they are trying to put their truck away unlike North Dollar General their isles are always blocked or they maybe just cuz they have boxes of clothes sitting in them. For the help South Dollar General they are more then willing to help and when they check you out they explain your receipt to you and ask you to fill out the survey at the bottom but a the North one they aren't that willing to help or they don't even explain the receipt to you and they don't even tell you about the survey. It's sad that there are 2 stores from the same company but one store I guess does what it wants too and the other one follows company policy.”

“Use to be 5 stars with lots to choose from but doesn't have as much products now ,good choices of sauces,frozen products are now low compared to past fresh bread and jellies”
