“Overall, I can't think of one time in 36 years that I've gone into the Milan Casey's and someone was rude or unhelpful. It has always been clean. They will always fix your problems. It's not perfect; kids are rotating out and moving to college, sometimes someone calls in sick. Things happen. It's small town and the amazing manager has quite a job to fill all staff positions 24/7 and keep everything going. Shout out to all the staff. We're blessed to have a good Casey's. And as a franchise I really like their marketing. I'm a fan. 5 stars hands down. Stop judging them on a day when it didn't go prefectly. They put all their effort into it regardless.”
“The service was excellent. Today my 2nd stage regulator broke next to the house. I shut off the tank and called the MFA Emporia KS office. They sent Randy the service tech to my house within an hour after I called. He’s from the Tampa Ks office. He had a new regulator with some other parts installed in no time. Did the line checks and turned the pilot lights on as well. The customer service was excellent and Randy was awesome. Did I mention it was 18 below with the wind chill? Thanks”
