“I had recently been turned down by my bank for a small auto loan, due to lack of credit history. Shortly afterwards, I went here. Erica was wonderful, very kind and patient with a first time borrower such as myself. Even with a non existent credit history, I was able to secure a surprisingly decent loan with modest payments and interest, based on my income. Going to pick up the truck tomorrow. Thanks so much Erica and everyone else at Service 1. Y'all made my day!”

“Personal banking side is decent I haven't checked out the business side (I have a business bank already) I might look into it later on though. The tellers are nice helped me with getting my personal bank setup. Not for sure if there are three tellers or not but I've only seen two and one is helping customers every now and then so only leaving one. On a busy day that would make for a headache for the tellers and a long line.”

Went to cash my check, extremely slow service and they shorted me $.50 which I didn’t realize until I got home and it’s too far to drive back for $.50. Absolutely ridiculous.”
“Oh what a blessing Rebecca is. I screwed up and let a scammer get access to our accounts. I called, had them freeze my accounts. We then went to the bank, closed all three of those accounts and opened new ones. Rebecca and two tellers (so sorry I didn’t get their names) stayed 2 hours after closing to straighten my mistakes. I received a courtesy call to check and make sure that all was going ok.”

“Decent bank I just wish there was overdraft protection. Like some banks cover you up to 200 dollars if you have something unexpectedly come out with no interest or fees.”
