“Huge shoutout to Kevin over at Dobbs in Jeff City! He got me in same day for a full set of tires and an inspection, kept me updated the whole time, and the service was top notch.
What really stood out was how honest he was — no upselling, no made-up problems, just solid work and real communication. I’ve been to plenty of places where one small job somehow turns into needing brakes, ball joints, struts, and everything else… not here. Kevin was straight-up, professional, and earned my trust.
I definitely see a long-term mechanic relationship coming out of this one. Highly recommend!”

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have a 1990 Miata that we have owned for over 30 years. We were experiencing intermittent issues with the car not starting. I had taken my car in to several reputable automotive dealerships, and none could figure out what was causing the problem. I spoke with the owner, Randy Sneller, regarding the issue. He said, he would put one of his best mechanics on the problem. That mechanics name is Ryan Miner. Ryan did an excellent job diagnosing the intermittent starting issue and the problem was resolved. The car needed a few more minor adjustments to completely fix the problem, and that was done with no additional expense. I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I experienced regarding my initial encounter with this establishment and look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come. “We used US Rents-it for our son's wedding. We rented linens, centerpieces and an arch for the wedding ceremony. The staff at the store helped the bride to envision what she wanted the venue to look like and then helped her to create that look. The process was seamless. We ordered and paid for the items ahead of time. They allowed me to pick up the items Thursday afternoon the week of the wedding. I showed up and Steve and one of the staff loaded my car for me. After the wedding, I pulled up and Steve, Janice and a staff member unloaded my car, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. What great service and the process was effortless! I would use US Rents it again when needed. Great job, Janice and Steve!!!”

“He did great work. My car wouldn’t start and he came out to where it was. No tow trucks. Though I had to get the part, he helped make sure I knew what to get. When OReily’s gave me a messed up part, he was willing to go with me to swap out for a new one and made sure it was the right one! My starter went out on the vehicle they fixed it the same day squeeze me in on the busy schedule and got me back on the road. Jeff is honest and a very good man how many places would treat customers like that without charging them thousands and thousands of dollars Jeff didn't do that it his mechanics are awesome and very friendly and do a great job on your vehicle.
