“I called ahead of time about a week in advance and described to Frank, a knowledgeable employee, what my situation was (a bent frame on a 4X4 truck) and he gave me a quote over the phone for $350. I took the truck there later and they kept me informed as they made progress and I had it back in 7 days with a $325 bill (less than quoted) and happy with the end results.
