“Mitchem on S. Campbell did so good with my car's ac. It's been out for 3 years, and I didn't think I would be able to afford to get it fixed. However after talking to JoJo, he broke it down for me and convinced me to bring my car in. He did such a good job on it for me. “I stopped in without an appointment for new tires and an oil change and the team was able to assist me right away! The service was prompt, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I also had my two young children (ages 4 and 2) with me, which can make waiting for vehicle service a challenge. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They put on Paw Patrol for the kids, introduced us to their friendly shop dog, and were incredibly kind and engaging with my children throughout our visit.

Andi and Trevor always go above and beyond they’re attentive, professional, and genuinely care about taking care of my Jeep Compass. Not only was I able to upgrade batteries but my new battery has a full two year warranty as well.. all for appx. $30 (price difference)”

“Went today to get my oil changed and honestly, I had the best experience while having a. The team was amazing. They had great customer service. Their knowledge was wonderful very friendly and I was either there less than 20 minutes. I have warranty oil changes and they were awesome at explaining things very kindly to me. I wish I would have gotten their name the young woman and two men I will be back many times. I definitely recommend this location. The prices are not that bad either.”
