We cook them right from frozen because we get the best taste and the best juiciness out of them. Everything else pretty much needs to be defrosted but other than that, it’s an amazing box. “We had a car that wouldn’t start and was hoping it was just the battery. We were there when the doors opened and I went in and was immediately greeted with a “good morning, how can we help you”. Chris tested our battery and when it tested bad offered to switch it out for me. Chris went above and beyond to get us back on the road again! Great staff and customer service seems rare these days!
