“Gary and his staff are great they got a lot of bulbs and ballast for those kind of lights that you don’t see very often I been going there for 15 years they always great you with a smile there been times I needed a weird ballast or lamp they have to order it the longest time it took to get in was a week I send who ever needs light bulbs or ballast to them now they carry LED bulbs and fixtures I work for a school district and we bye a lot of there LED fixtures and lamps”

I’m not as young as I used to be, and Chris jumped right in to help me remove my old battery. Then spent a considerable amount of time getting the new one installed. “I just came in to ask for a code read on my car. The young fella who helped me was positive and outgoing, even though I didn't need to buy anything that day.Don't expect them to be certified expert mechanics or anything, you need to know your own vehicle (some reviewers/customers expect way too much). That kind of service is expensive.I've always liked O'Reilly's, and from experience, they're generally better than other auto parts stores. Plus they're headquartered here in Springfield. I do think they should try to pay the store employees a little more, but I only know about their starting pay, and maybe they give decent raises. Anyway, thanks for your services. I support this company and reccomend them!Oh oh oh OREILYYYYS”

“I was in last night with a engine light concern and was going to be traveling out of town today. They hooked up my car to the diagnostic computer and the reading was a little scary for me. Matt suggested looking at my air filter. He went out remove the air filter and it was beyond clogged. That was the issue! He installed the new filter for me. I was so VERY appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help. I wanted to compensate him for his time but he wouldn't accept anything. He said, "this is what we do and you just give us a call if you have any other questions". This is not my first amazing experience with this location. My experience is always amazing and they are all very helpful and seem to love what they do! Matt saved me a lot of money and headache if I had taken it to the Chevy dealership today. Thanks for being so kind Matt!!!!”

“I've been buying parts often at this store for several years now. I know each of the employees here, including the managers, and I can say they have always been polite and as helpful as can be. Whether it's dropping off used oil, ordering in some parts on the phone, or at the counter helping figure out my latest project. I even had them assist with getting a BCM sent off for a rebuild through another shop.I have always been an Oreilly customer because 1) they are HQ'd in MO and 2) the experiences I've had in the stores; I say it's like talking to mechanics. A group of employees like these represents their business well. To me, it's like having an extended family of mechanics just down the road from my house.Great job everyone, keep it up. “My car light had went out and not having any tools I wasn't able to get it installed right away and faced the risk of getting a ticket. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Dylan with great customer service he even went above and beyond by coming outside after purchasing the new light and helping me get it installed. Great customer service like Dylan's is why I shop here and recommend it to my friends and family. Strongly recommend a raise, this guy was super personable and helped me get in and out in 10 minutes.”

“i wanted to email and say that Wesley did a amazing job with my cracked screen yesterday night. i called around different phone repair stores and all of them said it would take 1-2 days. so i called your amazing store and Wesley said it would take only 45 mins so i brought it in and he was very helpful and friendly to me and had a amazing experience overall. he got it done in 30 mins and did a amazing job with my screen and got it done fast. "What does it go on?"There parts inventory should allow them to be more competitive with online competition. I will gladly pay a premium for a timely and local purchase but when it approaches a 40% mark up it becomes an issue with me.”
