“I had a bank account here and I will let you know. I have always had a great experience here at Commerce Bank. The tellers really try to get to know you as a person and the service is always great. They are a really good bank. They have bathrooms for you to use, a waiting area that is clean. The have drive through tellers, and drop box and ATM. They have a private parking lot and security. I have never heard mention of anyone having trouble at this bank. I recommend you give them a try.”
“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!”

“I am always amazed with how efficient this bank is. It has one of the best customer service teams of any bank where I have accounts. I can actually speak to someone when I need to do so, I can use my ATM card anywhere in the country without fees.....I make transfers in and out of my account, and I never have difficulties like I have with Bank of America or Bank of The West. I closed my Bank of The West account and am closing down my Bank of America accounts and will focus my banking with Carrollton.It actually is a pleasure to do business with them. I hope their model does not change; that would be a shame.”
