We have a Bengal kitten who requires some breed-specific considerations, and we were so impressed by the care and accommodations provided. When our little one was neutered there, the process was seamless, professional, and handled with such compassion.
What meant the most to us was how warmly everyone treated our kitten — they referred to him as our “kid,” which made us feel like we were among people who genuinely understand how much our pets mean to us. Even the reception team was kind, welcoming, and attentive.

“Have been coming here since I was a kid and our family brought our various cats and doggies. Now an adult and have come back with my own girl. Stacey got really sick unexpectedly and they got her in right away and my suspicions about my cat's sudden change in behavior were validated . Saw her asap and then got her into emergency care. Luckily she was okay within a few days!! But they won't mess around if we suspect our pets are sick!! SOME different staff from when I was a kid (pesky 30 year gap ?) but still feels ,like home. Stacey trusts them as well. (It's the car rides to and from she hates... But that's normal for her)”

“I’ve brought two of my cats here for dental work - one received minor work and the other had a full mouth extraction done. The team here was wonderful throughout the process and kept me in the loop with how the cats were doing when waking up from surgery. You can tell how much Dr. Christensen cares for each animal she interacts with from the moment she steps in the room!
I also appreciate that this office worked with me on a payment plan for the dental bill. While the price was reasonable for the work done, it was more than I could cover at one time so I was able to break it down into more manageable payments.”
“We had a wonderful reception at this clinic! Everyone from the receptionist (missed her name) to the tech, Chrissa, to the vet, Dr. Dillon, were friendly, welcoming and kind. Both Chrissa and Dr. Dillon got down on the ground to introduce themselves to our dog. The dog is a 3 year old rescue and we had been told by a previous clinic she would need sedation for nail clipping. The staff here were willing to take the time to work through her anxiety and get her nails clipped. They took their time with us and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend!”

“Extremely timely, addressed all of my dog needs. Promptly. She had allergies and was advised to keep paws wiped every time she came in from outdoors as well as administered an allergy shot and annual check up and weight. Loved the staff and vets attention. Will return next year. The only downside were the prices. Overall an excellent rating.”
“I brought in my little angel Suki, a lemon beagle female to get spayed and this place, top to bottom is absolutely the best choice I could have made. The staff was all 100% professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and we're exceptional at the most important aspect of any business, no matter what it is, and thats commuication. From the moment you walk in, you get information and it doesnt stop even after you leave. Very comforting to pet parents that are worried about the little babies. “I brought my cat, Ming, here several times for routine care. They were always excellent with her and very gentle. I appreciate how honest and straightforward they are. I get hung up on details and Doctor Nieberg was very patient in explaining my cat’s health to me and going over approximate treatment costs. I was never upsold or pressured into anything. In fact I was talked out of dental cleaning—twice—because Ming didn’t need it. Having lost some of my own teeth I got a bit hung up on Ming’s oral care. It would have been easy to take my money for a procedure she didn’t need.
Ming had a sharp decline starting around the December holidays and we got exceptional help despite the everything being last minute and at the worst possible time. They did everything they could to help us. It took a lot of patience on their part to help me get a prescription filled on New Year’s Eve when I had very limited options due to everything closing early. They even were able to see her on very short notice when she developed some alarming symptoms. Saved us from another ER bill!
The staff genuinely care about cats and are good with stressing humans as well. The atmosphere is great and cozy. I can’t recommend City Cat Clinic enough.”
“I highly recommend Animal Eye Associates in Kirkwood. I brought my Yorkie in because he was having issues with eye tearing. Meredith was our vet tech and did a great job explaining what she was doing during the examination. Dr. Dowler was the vet that diagnosed my Yorkie's condition. Dr. Dowler explained her diagnosis in a clear and thorough manner. I recommend this facility if your pet is experiencing eye issues.”

“This place was like a God Send unbelievable. The young ladies at the front desk made our dog feel like family.
Held our dog and made him unbelievably calm which has never happened before. He was not afraid at all. Unreal, it was!
Then when we met Doctor he was like an angel fell from the sky. We have never had our pet treated like a human being in a dog vet office before.
He did all but blood pressure cup to him that a reg doctor does to a person in the office.
Check the ears , the heart , made sure no lumps were present .
Sold us !!!

Even drew a vile of blood out of his paw , dog never flinched.
We have never experienced this before, our pet was always a shaking scared moving little man.
