“I can not express enough how much compassion and grace i received when arriving to this store today. My check engine light came on and Andrew read the code and help me get the parts needed. Loaned me tools to replace the part in the parking lot. Then my car kept throwing the same code so James stepped in and helped exchange another part I had bought at another store to see if it would help all while keeping my two littles calm and happy. The part still didn’t help so Patrica then stepped in to see if she could help and we changed some more parts together while she helped with my two littles and it still didn’t fix the issue. She then offered to let my kids and I sit in the store where the ac was until my husband arrived to pick us up and tow my car to the dealership. 1000/10 recommend them for any car part needs.”
