“To anyone considering having work done through this company, please read my review thoroughly.About two years back, I had my personal truck wrapped. The wrap was for a company I work for. Fast-forward to the present, my truck Started accumulating too many miles, so I chose to pull it from the company fleet. I originally contacted the company that put the wrap on to see if they could remove it, they told me multiple times that they would give me an estimate, but I never heard back. So I started to remove the wrap myself.After removing a panel or two, I realized that the previous company used some sort of glue in the tight crevices that made the wrap difficult to remove. Since I hadn’t heard back from them, I decided to contact wrap it up.They answered right away with a friendly voice, I explained my situation to them, and they were very understanding. I ended up bringing the truck by that day so they could take a quick look at it and give me a quote to remove the wrap. Their price was fair so I requested that they do the work. Incredibly, they were able to take my truck that same day, and start their work to remove the wrap. Charles told me that it would be roughly a week and they would have it removed.This is where the story Interesting. A week or so had gone by and I called to see if my truck was finished, it was. I went to pick the truck up on a Friday. It was cloudy and rainy. I was in between jobs at work so I didn’t have very much time to inspect the truck at all, I paid them for their work and took it home to drop it off and get back to work.Later that evening I came home from work, and the sun was shining. Naturally, not seeing my truck Without a wrap on it for a while, I did a walk around. My worst nightmare Had come to life. There was damage ALL OVER the truck.. And not the kind of damage from road debris. Improper wrap, removal type damage. Missing, paint, scratched up plastics, etc. I immediately sent an email to the company addressing the situation.I heard back from the owner of the company immediately. He drove out to my house to inspect the damage himself. Seeing that my concerns for the damage were justified, he immediately took on full accountability for his employees actions. The owner, Charles wasted no time, making sure that my truck would be restored to full health.He could’ve tried the blame game or done anything to cover the tracks of the damage, but He did not. He accepted responsibility, worked with me on the correct solution, and got my truck fully restored and fixed.That ladies and gentlemen, is why this company gets five star review. Honor and integrity are among the highest quality traits for a good operating business. To any company offering goods and services, what comes with that is sometimes poor craftsmanship. Simply put, things can just happen outside of everyone’s control. It’s what that company chooses to do when an undesirable outcome occurs that really matters.I believe this incident to be isolated, And even, They did the right thing without hesitation, and fixed my truck.I will use them for any future designs, vehicle wraps, etc, Without hesitation. This is a fantastic company that has ran by honorable and trustworthy people! Don’t think twice about using them for any of their services. They are the right choice without a doubt!!Thank you!”

“WOW! Any good photographer knows that a great shot can be ruined by a poor print job. I used to send my work out of country to get the quality I wanted. But lately, I've been disappointed with the quality of the prints and it takes forever to get delivery.Then I was introduced to LARGE PRINTING who produces great prints at an affordable price and best of all....they are just down the street on Troost.I got great professional advice on what would create the best look and the turn around time was incredible.I will be taking all my future art prints to them.”
“This is THE finest UPS store ever!!! Everyone is always SO nice, friendly, super efficient and very professional — ALWAYS!! Lexi and Ethan have especially been incredibly helpful to me in many different ways and services. Both are OUTSTANDING!! I must especially compliment Lexi for a huge shipment of music I had to ship….she helped me carry all the heavy boxes, suggested the best ways to handle all of it, and did a fabulous job — MOST impressive indeed! “The nicest employee helped me immensely with my project, Reducing legal originals to Letter size copy. He went way above and beyond Routine Customer Service. And all done with good cheer. It was such a relief, as I am gathering items and copying for my husband’s Trust.

“Oh oh oh I wish I could tap the five stars two times and make it 10. The customer service I received was top of the line. I called on the phone and Sylvia Answer from that point on it was smooth sailing. I left the store on Main to make it to the one in the Northland at first I kind of had an attitude but the lady Janice fixed everything. That Janice is a multitasker the 15 minutes I spent in the store she helped four other people and got my order together. When I say they are helpful I mean it. The Janice walk me through the order step by step and said see you tomorrow. I'm pretty sure once a month I'm just going to find different things to print so I can hang out with them for 15 minutes the best 15 minutes of my day was spent at the store.”
“I had two wonderful employees help me on 8/28/2025 at 6:55pm. I came in right before close and they helped me through a difficult return with Amazon. They helped me resolve it quickly and with the kindest service as well! As an employee, it is always dreadful to see someone come in the door so close to close. But neither of them acted like I was a bother and went out of their way to give great service! Very thankful for both of them, wish I had caught their names!”

“I took a chance and suggested to a good friend to run to Staples about 30 minutes prior to closing. We needed a resume to be printed and on professional resume paper four three next morning. The staff took their time to break down pricing options. In the end we shipped around for dinner fest clearance options and payed a super reasonable price for the resume package. Highly recommend. “I visited here to have a few copies made. I was waited on quickly, however, the employee asked if he could also help another woman standing in the area. She was returning an item, she said, but acknowledged I was there first. I told her & the employee I was in no hurry and she could be helped before me. She thanked me when she left & the employee made my copies. As I started to pay, he said since I waited, he wouldn't charge me for my copies. I believe the moral to my story, is if one is nice & thoughtful, it reaps rewards!”

“Love Hammerpress! My most recent purchase was the limited-edition Super Bowl LVIII poster. Or so I thought. 3 days later I received an email from Debbie at Hammerpress to confirm I wanted last years poster and not the new one. The fact that she took the time to double check shows the quality of their service and attention to detail. Luckily she was able to fix my order and ship out the new poster. Most companies would have just shipped what was ordered without a second thought. Thanks Debbie for looking out for me!”
