“Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. Thank you! ?”
“I bought a used washer and dryer front end loaders for $300 they came with a 60 day warranty. Had a little problem with the washer but since the do their own repairs they were able to get their repairman over the same day and he was extremely professional and friendly fixed the problem. Even buttoned up a couple of other issues I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend this store.”

“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”

“Went in looking for a lawnmower. I found the display model but couldn't find one in the box.
I asked for help and to my surprise, the gentleman wasn't sour about my asking. He promptly stopped what he was doing and said, "Sure thing". I wish I had gotten his name.
They didn't have, in the store, what I wanted. So I went home to order it online for home delivery on monday.”

Between "Michelle" in the Lawn & Garden area at the Sunset Hills store, and the on-line representative, we got the order placed.
